I specialize in floor sanding, repairs and restoration of all new and existing timber flooring. My name is Matt Wilson and since establishing my timber flooring service in Forestville 10 years ago I have become a dedicated small business operator. I am licensed and insured to carry out all work on timber flooring including floor sanding and polishing, repairs and installation of solid or engineered floor boards, parquetry, decking and stairs. As an owner operator, I work directly with  some of the finest local architects, designers, builders and home owners. This commitment to remain directly involved in completing all work contracted to me ensures the highest quality finish.

DUST FREE FLOOR SANDING Is an industry term that is generally used to describe modern floor sanders fitted with dust collection bags. As these machines are limited in controlling the dust produced during sanding, I use precision dust containment vacuums which are fitted with Hepa filters. These units are the most advanced way of controlling and minimizing dust produced during the sanding process.
   
FREE HOME INSPECTIONS I believe experience is the most important asset for a floor contractor. Over the past 10 years I have worked on 1000's of different floors and used most brands of floor finishes and machinery on the market. I love meeting with new clients to discuss projects and offer helpful advise on the latest floor finishes and products.


ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY FLOOR FINISHES I recently had the opportunity to work in Canada, where I gained valuable practical experience working with the latest products in North America. During this time, I was able sample and test the latest in low VOC and environmentally friendly floor finishes. In an area that has set industry standards and guidelines that have not yet reached our shores in Australia, I feel privileged to benefit from this international experience. With greater appreciation of the importance of low VOC finishes, I now offer a wide range of imported products from both the US and Europe .
